Here below are five steps of our approach to working with clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Introductory Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To start off with, we will want to know about your project and objectives, to understand how 1 2 Export can help you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Project Proposal and Discussion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After the first meeting, we will outline the different steps of the project and give you an estimate. The proposal can of course be discussed and modified if necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Consulting Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once we both agree on the objectives, procedures and cost of the project, we will sign a consulting agreement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Data analysis and definition of a strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to define the details of the strategy, we will collect and analyse sets of data such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>company history<\/li>\n<li>description of main and ancillary products and services<\/li>\n<li>market of reference and competition<\/li>\n<li>target audience<\/li>\n<li>supply chain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Project execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the preliminary analysis is completed, the execution of the project will start. Stipula del contratto di consulenza<\/span><\/strong><br \/> Una volta raggiunto un accordo sugli obiettivi, le modalit\u00e0 e il costo del progetto, saremo in grado di perfezionare il tutto in un contratto.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ed1943;\">4. Analisi dati e definizione dei dettagli<\/span><\/strong><br \/> In questa fase cominceremo a raccogliere ed analizzare una serie di dati, tra i quali:<\/p><ul><li>Cenni storici dell'azienda;<\/li><li>Descrizione del prodotto o servizio principale, e di quelli correlati;<\/li><li>Mercato di riferimento e della concorrenza;<\/li><li>Clientela tipo;<\/li><li>Struttura distributiva.<\/li><\/ul><p>Con l\u2019analisi dei dati raccolti, entreremo nel dettaglio dei vari passi da seguire.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ed1943;\">5.
