In our specific case it refers to the choice of an external collaboration with an agreement on a specific project, instead of choosing to hire a human resource which, given the kind of task involved, would generally be a full time employee. The result is greater flexibility with a cost rationalization.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;Which is your role within the company?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>It depends on the company\u2019s structure and on its specific needs. Generally the role that most corresponds to the kind of activity we carry out is that of the export or area manager; in some cases that of the operational advisor for the development of new markets.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;What do you actually do within the company?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>We are in charge of looking for specific business partners such as commercial agents, importers, distributors, etc. or clients within the markets that are identified as primary.<\/p>\n<p>Once the potential partners are identified, we establish a first contact in order to confirm that they are relevant and interested. Secondly we send them all the information regarding your business, in terms of products and services. Then we proceed with the follow-up until an agreement is reached. Depending on the product\/service offered and on the company\u2019s structure there may be a technical support involved during the negotiation. If collaboration is agreed we will be in charge of dealing with the partner (client or agent), supporting the company as an export manager would do, or coordinating the management of the contact with the internal staff.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;Which markets are best?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>It depends on the company, on its products, its services, and on some more parameters such as the current structure of the selling network, the geographic distribution of the client list, the products\u2019 (or services\u2019) placing in comparison with that of the competitors, the competition, and more.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to carry out a preliminary analysis based on the existing information within the company and on a series of macroeconomic indicators, apart from specific statistic data regarding the products, the sectors involved and the available budget. After considering this preliminary study there will be operational decisions to be made and then it will be possible to start with the operative phase in the selected countries or areas of interest.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;What is business networking?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>When we talk about networking we refer to the idea of \u201cbuilding a network\u201d. It does not specifically refer to a network of companies, even if there is the chance that the companies involved in the same network decide to establish a \u201cnetwork contract\u201d between each other; it refers to the opportunity we provide of creating a group of complementary companies which can be presented at the same time to potential clients or middlemen, with a clear and significant cost rationalization.<\/p>\n<p>Try to think about companies which operate in the same sector as yours, and which offer products or services different from yours, meaning that you are not competitors. Nel nostro caso specifico significa scegliere una collaborazione esterna con definizione di un accordo a carattere progettuale invece di optare per l'inserimento di una risorsa umana in azienda, che per la tipologia di figura professionale solitamente \u00e8 a tempo pieno. Tipicamente la figura professionale che pi\u00f9 corrisponde al tipo di attivit\u00e0 che svolgiamo \u00e8 quella dell'export (area) manager; in alcuni casi quella del consulente operativo per lo sviluppo di nuovi mercati.<\/p><h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/h4><h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ed1943;\">Cosa fate all'interno dell'azienda?<\/span><\/h4><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In azienda ci dedichiamo in modo mirato alla ricerca di partner commerciali, quali agenti di commercio, importatori, distributori, etc., oppure clienti, sui mercati che vengono definiti come prioritari.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una volta identificati gli interlocutori potenziali, ci attiviamo per un primo contatto verificando se questi sono interessati ed interessanti, quindi inviamo le informazioni relative all'attivit\u00e0 aziendale ed ai suoi prodotti o servizi. Si procede poi con il follow-up fino a verificare se ci possono essere sviluppi. In base al prodotto\/servizio ed alla struttura aziendale verr\u00e0 richiesto o meno un supporto tecnico per la trattativa. In caso si proceda con la collaborazione, sar\u00e0 nostra premura curare il contatto con tale interlocutore (cliente o intermediario) supportando l'azienda come farebbe un export manager, oppure coordinandosi con il personale interno per la gestione del contatto.<\/p><h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/h4><h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ed1943;\">Quali mercati sono i migliori?<\/span><\/h4><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questo dipende dall'azienda, dai suoi prodotti e servizi e da una serie di parametri ulteriori come la strutturazione attuale della rete vendita, la distribuzione geografica del portafoglio clienti, dal posizionamento dei prodotti ( o dei servizi) rispetto ai competitor, dalla concorrenza, e altro.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c8 importante fare una analisi preliminare, basandosi sulle informazioni esistenti all'interno dell'azienda e su una serie di indicatori macroeconomici oltre che su dati statistici specifici per il prodotto e per i settori in questione e sui budget disponibili. Fatta questa premessa verranno prese delle decisioni operative e si potr\u00e0 partire con la parte operativa sui paesi o sulle aree scelte.<\/p><h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/h4><h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ed1943;\">Cos'\u00e8 il <em>networking<\/em>?<\/span><\/h4><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quando parliamo di networking intendiamo il \"fare rete\". Non s'intende strettamente le reti d'imprese, anche se la possibilit\u00e0 che le aziende facenti parte di un network si leghino contrattualmente con un \"contratto di rete\" sussiste, si tratta della possibilit\u00e0 che offriamo di creare un gruppo di aziende complementari che possono essere presentate contemporaneamente a dei potenziali clienti od intermediari, con una chiara e sensibile razionalizzazione dei costi.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Provate a pensare ad aziende che si muovono nel vostro stesso settore e che offrono beni o servizi diversi dai vostri, quindi non in concorrenza.
